Seasons Change

The first day of fall 2012 fell on a Saturday.  I decided to get Gabriel up early and head down to the beach to watch the sun rise.  The clouds covered the sun, but we still enjoyed the trip. (The pictures are a little blurry....I'm fighting with my camera).

And it was very appropriate that this first day of fall fell on Saturday because a good friend moved on to bigger and better that very day...and once again I was feeling that familiar emotion when someone you care about moves away.  So here's to the change of season...and new beginnings.
